Arts et Matières only offers exchanges for missing deliveries aligning with a Non-Delivery Claim. Arts et Matières is s not responsible for any damages during the delivery process. Please do not send your purchase back to Arts et Matières.
I have not received my fragrance | Start a Non-Delivery Claim
If your fragrance has not yet arrived, we invite you to initiate a non-delivery request so we may assist you with the utmost care.
To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask that the delivery address provided at checkout be complete and accurately recognized by the carrier. This allows us to properly review and support your request.
A non-delivery certification issued by your local post office, bearing an official seal, will be required to proceed.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your fragrance must not have been received within 5 days following the estimated delivery date
- The delivery details must be confirmed as valid and serviceable
To begin your request, please provide:
- Your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- An official non-delivery certification from your local post office
You may submit your request and supporting documents by contacting us at ceo@parfumsartsetmatieres.com, where each inquiry is handled with personal attention.
Once your request is carefully reviewed and approved, we will proceed with a refund for the value of the missing item(s). You are then welcome to place a new order at your convenience.
Damages and issues
Arts et Matières is not responsible for damaged fragrances. If you did not receive a fragrance, please refer to the Start a non-delivery Claim on our Policy.
Refunds and Returns Policy
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request, and let you know if the refund/return was approved or not based on our Policy. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
